IMX686 is a 64-megapixel CMOS active pixel stacked image sensor with a diagonal length of 9.251 mm (1/1.73 inches) and a square pixel array. It uses a back-illuminated stacked CMOS image sensor, achieves high-speed image acquisition through column-parallel A/D conversion circuit, and achieves high sensitivity and low noise image (compared with traditional CMOS image sensor) through back-illuminated imaging pixel structure. It uses R, G, B three primary color mosaic filter. The input and output interfaces use four power supply voltages: analog 2.9V, 1.8V, digital 1.1V, and 1.8V, achieving low power consumption.
