1. Unable to install camera driver
Solution:
  1. Whether the operating system used supports camera operation;
  2. Whether the camera list can be found in the device manager;
  3. Install the driver according to the instructions.
2. No image appears when running DEMO
Solution:
  1. Open the lens aperture, or unscrew the lens to see if there is light sensitivity;
  2. Whether the driver installation is normal;
  3. Whether to enable continuous acquisition mode when using DEMO.
3. The image color is incorrect and has a color cast.
Solution:

If this happens, you can refer to the manual to set the white balance.

4. Incomplete image capture
Solution:
  1. Confirm whether the camera resolution is adjusted to the maximum;
  2. The DEMO display ratio can adjust the display area;
  3. Adjustment of the field of view. If the camera is connected to a fixed-focus lens, the field of view can only be changed by moving the object distance; if the camera is connected to a zoom lens, the field of view is fixed before focusing; if the camera is connected to a magnifying lens, the field of view can be adjusted by changing the magnification.
5. Too much noise and unclear
Solution:

Refer to the manual to set the gain. The smaller the gain, the less noise and the clearer the image.

6. There is a shadow when shooting moving objects
Solution:

Manually adjust the exposure time and gain to the minimum possible, and use LED light source to fill in the photo.

7. The captured image is too dark
Solution:

Refer to the manual to set the exposure time. The longer the exposure time, the brighter the image.

8. How to wire the external trigger
Solution:

Refer to the manual for external trigger settings, generally connect TRI+ and TRI-, TRI+ is charged; the trigger signal is high and low level trigger or pulse signal trigger.
