1. 0.95mm steel sleeve packaging, breaking through the limit of miniaturization

OCHTA10 module adopts self-developed precision steel sleeve packaging technology, with an outer diameter of 0.95mm, which is thinner than conventional 1.2~1.8mm modules and can easily enter ultra-narrow spaces such as blood vessels, urology, ear, nose and throat, and industrial precision pipes. The module integrates 4 high-brightness LED lamp beads, with a wrap-around layout, and uniform illumination without dark corners, solving the industry pain point of "can't get in, but can't illuminate clearly" in miniature scenes. Paired with 0-3m customized cables, the length is flexible and optional to meet the extension needs of different equipment, and is suitable for product development such as disposable endoscopes, microcatheters, and industrial endoscopic probes.

2. Full HD parameters, stable imaging without smearing

The module is equipped with an OCHTA10 medical-grade image sensor, with a 400*400 high-definition resolution (160,000 pixels), a smooth frame rate of 30FPS, a dynamic range of 55dB, and a signal-to-noise ratio of 36.1dB. It can clearly capture fine details such as lesions, cracks, and foreign objects under low light. 120° ultra-wide-angle design, wide field of view coverage, reducing blind spots in detection, and equipped with automatic exposure and automatic white balance algorithms, the image color is restored to true and there is no distortion at the edges. The module supports USB2.0 UVC driver-free output, plug-and-play, and is compatible with multiple systems such as Windows, Linux, and Android. No additional drivers are required, significantly reducing device development and debugging costs.

3. Comprehensive customization capabilities, dual adaptation to the medical industry

It has full chain capabilities of "R&D - packaging - testing" and has passed ISO13485 medical system certification. The OCHTA10 module is made of medical grade materials, IP67 waterproof, high and low temperature resistant (-20℃~70℃), anti-vibration interference, and meets the dual standards of medical disinfection and harsh industrial conditions. Compared with the general-purpose module, the full-view version optimizes the LED drive and heat dissipation design, ensuring stable brightness for long periods of time without the risk of overheating.
