The Haozhou IMX662-AAQR-C is a 6.45mm CMOS active-pixel sensor MIPI camera module, featuring a square array with 2.4 million effective pixels. This module employs a triple-supply design—incorporating separate power supplies for analog, digital, and interface circuits—thereby enabling low-power operation. Thanks to its RGB primary-color mosaic filter, the sensor exhibits exceptional characteristics, including high sensitivity, low dark current, and smear-free performance. It features a built-in electronic shutter that supports variable charge integration times as well as multiple readout modes; in 10-bit mode, it achieves a maximum frame rate of 90 fps. As a Sinoseen sensor specifically engineered for the security surveillance camera sector, it is ideally suited for High Dynamic Range (HDR) applications.
