AR0521 HDR 5MP Camera Module

• The AR0521 is a 1/2.5-inch CMOS digital image sensor with an active pixel array of 2592 (H) × 1944 (V). It can capture images in linear or high dynamic range modes, uses a rolling shutter readout, and includes comprehensive advanced camera features such as binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. Its design is suitable for both low light and high dynamic range, supporting interleaved T1/T2 readout, which helps achieve off-chip HDR in the ISP chip. The AR0521 produces very clear, sharp digital images and can simultaneously capture continuous video and single-frame images, making it ideal for security applications.

• WS-0521-V1 is a Full HD MIPI Camera based on Onsemi AR0521 Sensor coupled with high-performance ISP. The camera delivers max resolution of 5MP and Video streaming of 1080p, 720p and VGA. Applicable in use cases such as medical device camera, patient care camera, security camera, surveillance camera, smart parking camera, etc. WS-0521-V1 can be integrated with solutions based on platforms such as Raspberry PI, Nvidia Nano, Nvidia XavierNX, etc.
